Toni AltamarTONI LOST 50 LBS IN 20 WEEKS!*

I am very fortunate to not have reached the point of having medical issues associated with my weight, but I was worried because that point was definitely on the horizon.

I was always very thin when I was young. I had four children and put on a little weight, but after the last two, the weight just stayed with me. I still didn’t consider myself heavy, but in my late 30s and into my 40s, the pounds seemed to multiply.

I tried the low-carb trends, but was always hungry. I was scared of taking diet pills and wanted to lose weight in a healthy way. Medifast is perfect, because I’m never hungry, the plan is easy to follow, and there are no health risks for me.

Within the first week of starting Medifast, I could see results. It was very motivating for me to see a change so quickly; every week was another reason to cheer myself on! Plus, my husband and I had started Medifast together, and we succeeded together. Now we cook at home most evenings and have fish, salad, and a fresh vegetable. We eat mostly from the Lean & Green Meal list.

My family can’t believe my appearance, and neither can my co-workers and the lady who’s altering all of my old clothes! I’m in sales and travel a lot, meeting new people and entertaining clients. After losing weight, I am doing all of these things with more ease and self-confidence.
