I reached my goal in only 15 weeks and lost 43.2 pounds. I now weigh 135.4 pounds and feel incredible!

I am 30 years old, and ever since I had my son two years ago I maintained a weight of 180 pounds. I tried using Weight Watchers, but I couldn’t lose anything. I was so embarrassed by my weight that all areas of my life were suffering. I was unhappy with the person I saw looking back at me in the mirror and I didn’t want my son to have the fat mom in the group!

My prayers were answered when I found Medifast. I came across the website and was immediately intrigued. I read everything I could about the Program. What appealed to me most was that it seemed like it would be very easy to follow. It had quick and on-the-go options for a working mom like me, and I wouldn’t have to spend my whole day thinking about when and what I was going to eat. The way I was eating and my lack of exercise is what caused me to gain all that weight. I went from 135-180 pounds with no problem.

I started Medifast in February of 2007 weighing 178.6 pounds. Within the first week I had more energy, clothes were fitting better and my skin improved from all the water I was drinking. I was ecstatic to finally be on my way to a trimmer, healthier me! I reached my goal in only 15 weeks and lost 43.2 pounds. I now weigh 135.4 pounds and feel incredible! I have dropped 4 dress sizes and 5 pant sizes, and I no longer dread going in to a fitting room. The woman I see now in the mirror cant help but smile back! In fact, I often catch myself taking a second look because I am just so happy with how I look and feel now. Medifast has helped me take control of my weight struggle, break some very bad habits and develop new healthy habits.

It is so empowering to set a goal and then 15 weeks later see that goal reached. Medifast has reminded me that I can do absolutely anything that I set my mind to doing. I feel such an incredible sense of sensation and happiness from what I have been able to accomplish. I have so much more energy, I don’t get out of breath from walking up a flight of stairs, and I can easily slide in to size 6 pants, which is amazing!

I just can not say enough good things about Medifast. I know that when I placed my first order I did so with the skepticism of a person who has struggled with diets and weight loss for over 10 years. But 15 weeks later I am thrilled to report that I am a more than satisfied customer and a Medifast success story!
